Ken McKeown graduated with BSc (Hons) Psychology from Cardiff University in 1992.
Ken has worked in Mental Health Nursing for 8 years in acute, forensic and community settings before training as a CBT therapist through King’s College London, qualifying in 2004. He has previously worked as a therapist at the Anxiety Disorders Residential Unit at the Bethlem Royal Hospital and has been based at the Neuropsychiatry Outpatients CBT Service at the Maudsley Hospital since 2007.
He was one of the lead therapists on the CODES trial (publication pending), a multi-centre trial looking into the efficacy of CBT for dissociative seizures which ran from 2015-2018.
