Bobby Pratap

Bobby worked in the Department of Health for 9 years from 2006-2015, where his roles included Private Secretary to three Government Ministers, including Sir Norman Lamb. His portfolio responsibilities included mental health, social care, cancer and dementia. He worked as part of the Bill team that drafted and took the Care Act through Parliament. Bobby moved to the NHS England national team in 2015 where he worked for 7 years, most recently as Deputy Head of Adult Mental Health. He was part of the team that delivered the national funding settlements for the Five Year Forward view and the NHS Long Term Plan for Mental Health. Bobby is now working at South London and Maudsley as Director of a project to modernise the care model and estates in Lewisham
