MANTRA - Supervisor Training
- Set up a supportive and constructive supervisory space.
- Support the tailoring and personalisation of the MANTRA model when supervisees work with individuals with complex presentations or differing anorexia chronicity.
- Flex supervisory styles to meet the needs of different therapists and situations.
- Identify supervisee strengths and areas for growth and provide constructive feedback.
- Address dilemmas arising during supervision and consider the logistics and practicalities of running supervision groups.
The training is available to two cohorts:
- Cohort 1: Those who have successfully completed the 5-day core HEE funded training, can demonstrate treatment of a sufficient number of cases (n >10) using MANTRA, and have supervisory training and experience in another evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, CAT, family therapy).
- Cohort 2: Individuals who have not completed the 5-day core training but can demonstrate equivalent MANTRA training and experience and have supervisory training and experience in another evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, CAT, family therapy).
Participants attending the 1-day MANTRA supervision course will have access to the contents of the 5-day core HEE funded training ahead of the training day. It is expected that all attendees will be up-to-date and familiar with the foundational aspects of delivering MANTRA therapy.

Research
Let our team complete a full Training Needs Analysis for your department, directorate, or whole hospital. We can complete this independently or by working collaboratively with your own staff. Our standard outcome measures assess learners' progress and we produce a full report looking at the wider impact of training, using a range of proven assessment methods.
