At the end of this course, learners will be able to:
• Conduct an assessment and construct a formulation to guide the management of functional neurological disorders in children and young people.
• Consider additional aspects to their psychiatric assessment and management within the context of co-occurring neurological disorders in children and young people.
• Conduct an assessment and manage tics in children and young people.
• Manage sleep difficulties and assess for sleep disorders in children and young people.
• Enhance collaborative efforts between psychiatry and neurology / paediatrics.
