David Rice

David has worked in various NHS and Central Government healthcare management organisations for nearly 40 years. He has led several multi-stakeholder, cross-boundary, national and regional educational training programmes and changes management projects, including 6 HEE MH training programmes for Maudsley Learning. He is passionate about keeping innovation and creativity at the heart of his projects and ensuring knowledge sharing and organisational learning are key outcomes of each project.
