Dr Helen Anderson is a Fellow in Medical Education at Maudsley Learning, currently undertaking this role as an Out of Programme Experience (OOPE) from her specialty training in psychiatry. She is working towards dual accreditation as a consultant psychiatrist in both general adult and older adult psychiatry.

Helen brings a wealth of clinical experience across a range of mental health settings, including general hospitals, psychiatric hospitals, outpatient clinics, and community services. Her clinical interests lie at the intersection of physical and mental health, with a particular focus on eating disorders, dementia, and liaison psychiatry.

This foundation continues to inform her clinical work and her educational role at Maudsley Learning, where she is focused on designing and delivering high-quality, impactful training experiences that promote equity in mental health care.
