Dr Naila Saleem

Naila Saleem is a psychiatrist and is currently undergoing CAMHS Higher Training in SLaM. Her professional interests include working with young people with severe mental illness and neurodevelopmental problems. She is interested in medical education and has broad experience in delivering teaching to medical students in both formal and informal settings. She is passionate about delivering high-quality education and is currently working towards her Postgraduate Certificate in Clinical Education.She has a particular interest in improving awareness of mental health problems in children and adolescents. She is also interested in improving access to mental health services for people from ethnic minorities.
