LaToya Martin is Head of Operations at Maudsley Learning and Clinical Leadership Development Lead at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust. She brings a wealth of experience in operational leadership, programme management, and healthcare education across the NHS.

LaToya’s background includes working in acute inpatient and crisis mental health care, followed by several years in nurse education. This frontline and educational experience grounds her deep understanding of workforce needs and system improvement.

Since joining Maudsley Learning, she has played a key role in shaping strategic initiatives and supporting cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, inclusive mental health education. Her commitment to developing people and improving care remains central to her leadership style.

LaToya holds a Master's degree in Public Health and Health Promotion from London South Bank University and is widely respected for her collaborative and forward-thinking approach.
