Lisa Vincent

Lisa is a Digital Moderator, she joined our team in January 2022. She has spent her working career within finance and education sectors. Part of her moderator role is to support faculty in preparing for the upcoming deliveries and is then responsible for the smooth running of online delivery on the day, with minimal technical hiccups or disruptions, being able to troubleshoot and support any participant needs if they arise. In addition to this, Lisa has streamlined how moderators work on a daily basis, helped faculty to do the same with SharePoint organisation. Lisa has also been key in training up new moderators.
