Rowena qualified as a Clinical Psychologist in 2011, after completing Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), and Master of Psychology (Clinical) training programme at University of Wollongong in New South Wales, Australia. Rowena has worked across primary, secondary and tertiary mental health services in Australia and UK with children, adults and families. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Schema Therapy; and also has a background in neurodevelopmental, anxiety, mood, trauma and dissociative disorders. She has been the Senior Clinical Psychologist at Lishman Unit for the past 3 years and part of the MDT Neuropsychiatric Rehabilitation programme for severe and complex Functional Neurological Disorders.
