More adults are presenting to GPs with potential ADHD, and waiting lists for NHS ADHD assessments can extend to several years. This seminar will explore the benefits of identifying and treating ADHD in adults. Clinical case studies will illustrate the diverse ways ADHD can present, including the reasons why girls and women are often underdiagnosed.
The webinar will also feature a discussion on the various types of medication, how to manage the current UK shortages, and the necessary monitoring when patients are on ADHD medication.
