Day One
Workshop day and participants will:
- Develop Knowledge of mental illness and treatments
- Understand the needs and experiences of people with mental health conditions
- Learn some new communication techniques and de-escalation skills
- Understanding the need for health and wellbeing for all
Day Two
Simulation Day -Embedding the learning by using the skills developed in day one.
Scenarios will be common dilemma’s or situations you might find yourself in your day to day work.
