Course description

This series of linked webinars will be of interest to staff with additional leadership responsibilities around training and education planning/delivery as well as workforce and organizational development. These will aim to support a sustainable organizational environment in which identification and better management of mental health needs is actively promoted, including through addressing the development needs of staff.

Participants are invited to attend a series of webinars over a period of 3 months. The webinars will be delivered online in a highly interactive manner using exercises, facilitated discussions and opportunities for reflection on current practice. Participants will be encouraged to carry out tasks before and after each webinar to consolidate learning and maximise opportunities to apply learning within own context of practice. This will also be supported by engagement in a community of practice via the Virtual Learning Environment, which will also be a repository for learning material for all participants.

Learning objectives
