Dr Claire Wrynne

Dr Claire Wrynne is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with 18 years' experience developing and leading Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services for people with mental health conditions. Claire completed her PhD in Health Services Population Research at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience, Kings College London, where she ran the first randomised controlled trial of IPS for people with anxiety and depression in the UK. She is currently the Professional Lead for Supported Employment at South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM). Claire is an experienced trainer and has delivered training for employment specialists online and face-to-face for many years in her role as Professional Lead at SLaM.
