Izzy Raikes is currently undertaking a first-year placement as part of the NHS Graduate Management Trainee Scheme. As Operations Manager, close collaboration is maintained with the Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Alongside this, a postgraduate diploma in Healthcare Leadership is being pursued, which is expected to provide valuable support as the NHS career progresses.
