Prof Sukhi S. Shergill

A multilingual MD/PhD, Sukhi is a Professor of Psychiatry at Kent and Medway Medical School in Canterbury and Professor of Psychiatry and Systems Neuroscience at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology, and Neuroscience at King’s College London; Director of Research and Consultant Psychiatrist in the Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust. Lover of art and the written word, international badminton coach, and published author on the importance of hope, Sukhi brings a poetry and sense of our humanity and connectedness to his reflections on science.
