Tom Gray is an APM PMQ-certified Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering complex, high-value projects involving large budgets and diverse stakeholders. His expertise lies in managing multifaceted initiatives through strategic planning, effective team leadership, and meticulous reporting.

Since joining the team in 2021 as an administrator for a National Training Programme, Tom has advanced to the role of Programme Manager within the Service Delivery Team. He now oversees the management of larger training programmes, ensuring their successful delivery and alignment with organisational goals.

Notable achievements include leading a £1 million training initiative for 1,300 NHS staff over five months and managing an ongoing £2.2 million, four-year Eating Disorders Training Programme. Tom’s dedication and skill ensure the delivery of impactful, high-quality training programmes across the organisation.
