Eligibility Criteria and Expectations
Individual training participants
The EDSA WTT programme is aimed at the needs of specialist community practitioners and those working across the patient pathway, including referring and inpatient services. This includes but is not limited to: psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, clinical and counselling psychologists, family therapists, psychotherapists, arts and creative therapists, dieticians, occupational therapists, peer workers.
Considerations for Service Leads and teams
This programme is repeated annually over 4 years. Please consider what combination (professional group, levels of seniority) and how many team members you might want to release for the training course each year. Smaller teams may wish to all attend together while larger teams may wish to send a few participants each year. Please also consider proposing senior members of your team (including yourself) to serve as mentors, for while individuals or teams will be paid.

- Make a commitment to reflect within their team and service how your learning can be translated into tangible action on how to improve the service you work in to optimise patient care.
