Motivations for wanting to work in health and wellbeing at work
From early experiences in workplaces Hannah became fascinated with employee's behaviour in the workplace and the effects it has on organisations. Whilst simultaneously fascinated by how organisations impact people’s behaviour and life both in and out of the workplace in both positive and negative ways. Organisations and the individuals working within them have a complex relationship. They have a direct impact on one each other in a plethora of ways and having a happy healthy workforce that is thriving at all levels of a company is essential for its success.
Hannah’s passion and motivations involve developing and implementing mental health and wellbeing programmes and interventions at leadership and systems levels to improve employee’s overall quality of life but also increase organisation’s performance.
