Mental health first aid

Delivered in partnership with First Aid For Life, this accreditation will provide essential skills in dealing with people in distress and is suitable for all staff, especially Mental Health Champions, First Aiders, and managers.

Mental health in the workplace

This one-day course will upskill managers in dealing with mental health problems and challenging behaviours in their staff, with a focus on managing absenteeism.

Wellbeing in the workplace

This one-day course will explore the perspectives of individual, team, and organisational wellbeing through the lens of organisational and occupational psychology.
