James Pathan

James co-founded the national award-winning Maudsley Simulation with Dr. Sean Cross. He is the head of operations at Maudsley Learning and has over 10 years in-depth experience leading mental health education and research teams across the NHS and healthcare. James leads operations and finance for our organisation. James is published in the area of mental health simulation-based education and is interested in agile ways of working, economics and music.
