Training Administrator

Jose is a Training Administrator for Masterclasses and acts and the first point of contact for Maudsley Learning. Jose manages course bookings, deals with customer support queries and resolves any issues related to course bookings and attendance. He coordinates the development and delivery of Section 12/AC Courses, fulfils a number of administrative tasks, and assists both the Business Intelligence Manager and SME’s with reports and bookings data. Prior to joining the NHS, Jose completed a Masters Degree in Business and has experience working as a Project Manager. Jose also has special interests in Data Management, Coding and Graphic Design.
